INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Delivered frozen.For easy handling, thaw the dough thoroughly, then roll it out to the desired size and thickness. No proofing or resting is required.  Prepare and bake at 240-250°C for approximately 6 minutes, depending on whether you are using a convection oven, classic fan oven, or pizza oven. Suitable for making calzone, peinirli, or dough sticks. It is also suitable for baking in a wood-fired oven.

IMPORTANT!

Once thawed, the dough should not be refrozen.
