The Margaris Whole Wheat Pita Bread for Souvlaki offers a healthier dietary option, as it contains whole wheat flour. It is produced using the traditional method, where each pita is hand- rolled from individual dough balls. This process results in a unique, non-standardized shape, giving it the authentic appearance and texture of a handmade pita.
Our whole wheat pita is exceptionally delicious and fluffy, containing no preservatives. Beyond the traditional souvlaki, it can also be served as a side to any dish.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Grill on a flat plate or grill for 1-2 minutes at approximately 200°C.
Whether using it fresh, refrigerated, or directly from frozen, the cooking time remains the same, and the pita retains its original taste.
In case of dehydration, moisten with a little water before grilling using a spray.
IMPORTANT!
Once thawed, it should be consumed within 1-2 days if kept refrigerated.
Do not refreeze.

From the production date, the product can be stored under the following conditions:
At room temperature: for up to 3 days
Refrigerated (4°C): for up to 5 days
Frozen (-18°C): for up to 12 months
