The Greek Pita Bread for Souvlaki by Margaris is produced using the traditional method, just like in the old days. Each pita is made from a dough ball that is hand-rolled one by one. This production process results in a unique, non-standardized shape, giving it the authentic look and feel of a handmade pita.
Our pita is exceptionally delicious and fluffy, containing no preservatives. Beyond the traditional souvlaki, it can also be served as a side to any dish.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Grill on a flat plate or grill for 1-2 minutes at approximately 200°C.
Whether using it fresh, refrigerated, or directly from frozen, the cooking time remains the same, and the pita retains its original taste.
In case of dehydration, moisten with a little water before grilling using a spray or brush.
IMPORTANT!
Once thawed, it should be consumed within 1-2 days if kept refrigerated.
Do not refreeze.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
From the production date, the product can be stored under the following conditions:
At room temperature: for up to 3 days
Refrigerated (4°C): for up to 5 days
Frozen (-18°C): for up to 12 months
