Delivered fresh or frozen, and following the instructions, you can manage its storage.
Toast in a toaster or on a grill for 2-3 minutes.
When thawing, defrost thoroughly to restore its flexibility and avoid breaking, then proceed with use.

In the freezer, it can be stored at (−18°C) for up to 12 months.
Once thawed, store in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
Do not refreeze.
